Terms and Conditions of Boarding

BulletAny medical conditions or behavioral concerns must be disclosed upon check-in.

BulletAll deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Boarding fees are charged to include the day of arrival & departure, regardless of the time of day.

Drop-off and collection is strictly between 9am – 1pm & 2pm – 5pm Monday Saturday and 9am – 12pm on Sunday. We are closed for drop-off and collection on all bank holidays.

Any items supplied by the owner are left at the owner’s risk. Broadmarsh will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to these items, or resulting from these items.

The owner is responsible for ensuring that any items left are collected at the end of the stay.

Boarding fees are payable at the end of the term on collection. No pets will be released until full and final payment has been received.

All animals boarded are required to have current vaccinations with the certificates being produced on arrival, otherwise boarding will be refused.

All animals must have been treated for flea, worms, and ticks prior to boarding.  Any fees resulting from preventable parasites will be the responsibility of the owner.

Broadmarsh will seek the veterinary advice and/or treatment if we suspect injury or illness while animals are under our care. This will be at the owner’s expense unless it is kennel/cattery related. We must be notified of any suspected illness or injury within 3 days of boarding. Current or recurrent illness or injury is not covered by insurance.

Special dietary requirements will be administered as supplied and requested by the Owner.

All reasonable efforts will be made to administer medication as directed of which there is no charge. However, if required veterinary assistance may be requested at the owner’s cost without prior consultation.

Broadmarsh Kennels & Cattery Ltd reserve the right to retain any animal, charging for the extended stay until such time as the outstanding account is settled, or to place the animal with a suitable rescue centre, if any account becomes overdue or if the animal is not collected within 14 days of the due payment and/or collection date. Any costs involved will be the responsibility of the owner.

In the event of any delay in collection, notification must be given at the earliest opportunity and Broadmarsh Kennels & Cattery Ltd reserves the right to refuse the extension.

The terms and conditions apply to this stay and any subsequent stays. We reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, but the latest prevailing T&Cs are always available on our website, or in reception for inspection during the registration process.
